Lagoons Island Grille

These murals were commissioned by Lagoons Island Grille in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland. The sunset mural (4'H x 27'W) consisted of acrylic paint on canvas stretched over five luan panels. The idea here was to create that sunset in the islands ambience, mon. Sadly, Lagoons is gone forever. It was such a great place!! The business sold and the panels were taken down and auctioned off at a fundraiser for the benefit of Sharon's Way Benevolent Fund, a local charity that supports community children's programs.

The Jungle Room mural consisted of acrylic paint on canvas applied directly to the wall. This piece was painted onsite and with a whole lotta help it was finished in one week. It measured 6 feet tall x 67 feet wide.
